Janet joined IAR in May 2009. She performs many of IAR's member-facing responsibilities, including dues accounting and the NRDS and iMIS databases. Janet supports many of the activities of the Finance Committee and Executive Committee. Kathy joined the IAR staff in June of 2010. She is responsible for the overall direction and operation of the Real Estate Certification Program (RECP), Indiana's premier real estate education provider. In addition, Kathy helps to promote and direct the REALTOR® family to the various designations and certifications offered by the National Association of REALTORS®. This includes, GRI, CRS, ABR, e-PRO to name a few.
