8:30am—11:30am The Klout Spout: Turn On Your Social Influence - 3 Elective CE & GRI hours
From Instructor Jason Pantana: What’s the most effective rhythm for posting to Facebook? What ratio of your Twitter content should be on topic? How is a Klout score measured? And how can your message engage more people? Subtle variations in our use of social media can deliver very different results. Some of us are just naturally more social. Our online social interactions, however, are not identical. We all must learn how to gain influence in the growing Internet society. There’s already been enough talk about fancy tech devices and mass-produced social media schemes. Now it’s time to decide what each of us wants from it. So, if you’re thirsty for more online influence, then join us as we turn on "The Klout Spout".
11:30am—1:00pm Lunch on your own
1:00pm—5:00pm

Keeping Up with Digital Consumers: The Receptor Effect - 4 Elective CE & GRI hours
From Instructor Jason Pantana: Are you ready to respond at a genetic level to today's digital consumerism? Join us as we review how rapidly advancing technology affects the marketplace environment. We will be rethinking what kind of agent tomorrow's digital consumer will need us to be. We'll explore cutting-edge marketing concepts, technological innovations, consumer communication patterns, and much more as we embrace "The Receptor Effect".

The highly polluted Hudson River plays host to a most peculiar species of fish - the Atlantic Tomcod. This unusual fish has adapted to the toxic waters of the Hudson River. Receptors on its cell surfaces have genetically responded to the pollutants and made it immune to the deadline toxins. Even as our environments change, business professionals are prone to cling to ideas that seem safe or proven. And it's often our undoing. Like river fish, we must expose vulnerabilities and adapt. Or, face irrelevance and extinction.

3:00pm—5:00pm Past IAR Presidents Advisory Council meeting
5:00pm—5:30pm GRI Testing
