Due to popular demand the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) is pleased to present a second opportunity for members to attend the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification core course, taught by the "Queen of Foreclosures" Marki Lemons. This is the online registration portal for the Fishers Conference Center on March 25th.
Successful completion of this course is the first step in earning the SFR certification and earns attendees a total of six (6) CE credits - two (2) mandatory and four (4) elective.
The next steps to earning the SFR certification are to view three (3) one-hour webinars and make application to NAR. Take advantage of NAR's waiver of the applications fee ($175) by completing all three steps before March 31, 2010.

We do not need to tell you that short sales and foreclosures are becoming common among real estate transactions. The SFR certification was designed to help you create seller solutions and buyer opportunities in today's difficult markets.
Specifically, SFR will help REALTORS® direct distressed sellers to finance, legal and tax professionals; qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, tap into buyer demand, safeguard commissions and limit risk to potential buyers.
