In today’s competitive business environment you need more than just motivation and initiative to succeed, you need the advantage of the education you receive in the GRI program.
The GRI, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, designation is the most recognized and respected professional designation available to real estate professionals nationwide. REALTORS® who have earned the GRI designation demonstrate the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. Through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate professional, such as legal issues, these REALTORS® can better serve prospective clients and customers.
To be awarded the GRI Designation, a REALTOR® must complete a comprehensive series of classroom instruction. The Indiana REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Program is designed to enhance your knowledge of real estate marketing, teaching you skills that you will set you apart from the competition. NAR statistics show that REALTORS® with a GRI designation earn over $32,000 more annually than non designees. Not only do participants develop an increased level of skill and professionalism, they build strong connections with their classmates that turn into rewarding business and personal connections.
