The mission of the Indiana Graduate REALTOR® Institute is to train and develop professional, competent, confident and ethical REALTORS®.

The vision of the Indiana Graduate REALTOR® Institute is to have the GRI designation enhanced and recognized as the symbol of a real estate professional that makes a commitment to a superior level of professional service.

Indiana GRI Tutition includes:

• 30 hours of classroom instruction by outstanding instructors,
• 30 hours of required Indiana Continuing Education credit for salespersons and brokers,
• two-hour exam (GRI candidates only), study material, and coffee breaks
• tuition does not include sleeping accommodations or meals.
  
  The data from the 2005 Member Survey shows that REALTORS® without any NAR designation earned a median of $40,900 while those with a designation earned a median income of $82,900.

But it's about more than just the money. New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to perform with a higher level of professionalism. The course work required to earn the GRI designation will give you the tools and knowledge you need to provide your clients superior service.
