Class Projects
Mission: The Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy (IRLA) develops leaders and enables them to serve with the foundation of the past and vision for the future.
Class of 2006: Designed IRLA logo & created mission statement for the program.
Class of 2008: Began to compile a history of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® through the eyes of IAR's Past Presidents. Class members interviewed and videotaped many of IAR's Past Presidents during the 2008 IAR Fall Conference.
Class of 2009: Promotion of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy (IRLA) for the recruitment and development of new leaders. Their marketing campaign will focus on the slogan "Learning to Lead, Destined to Serve" and include both print flyers and an online presence.
