The Indiana Real Estate Markets Report is the first-ever statewide county-by-county comparison of existing single-family home sales. The monthly Report contains four looks at the data (below), which IAR obtains directly from 14 sources - the 13 largest Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) in Indiana and the Broker Listing Cooperative (BLC) in central Indiana. These MLSs and the BLC represent nearly 90% of the housing market statewide. By fall, the Report will incorporate data from seven more MLSs; bringing the statewide housing market representation to 98%.
