The Leadership Academy helps identify emerging leaders from local associations, trains and motivates them to exert a positive influence on the future of the REALTOR® organization, their profession, and the real estate industry.

Advocacy in Action at the Legislative Conference
Communications, Ethics, Professional Staffing
Governance, Non-Profit Finances, Inside IAR
Big Picture Leadership + Graduation during the annual IAR Stakeholder Meeting
Before you begin your application, please review the sample Commitment Agreement, which includes dates for the individual sessions. If selected, applicants will receive a finalized Commitment Agreement that must be signed and returned.
