Lynn Wheeler, 2023 President
Lynn Wheeler is Senior Vice President of the Indianapolis of Operations at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty. Lynn earned her Indiana real estate broker’s license in 2004 and was a top producer for many years before choosing to serve others in a leadership role at her firm.
Lynn is also a leader within the REALTOR® organization – at all three levels. She is 2023 President of the Indiana Association of REALTORS®. She is past President of the MIBOR REALTOR® Association and past Chair of its Northside Division. She is a current member of the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, Served as Vice-Chair of the NAR Idea Exchange Council for Brokers/Broker Engagement Committee, MLS Issues and Policy Committee, Member Communications Committee, and is a current member of the NAR Business Issues and Policy Committee.
Lynn is committed to learning. She earned the following designations and certifications from NAR: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), At Home With Diversity®, and e-PRO®. She completed MIBOR’s Master Professional Certification Program (MPRO), as well as the MIBOR Real Estate Academy of Leadership. Additionally, Lynn is a graduate of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
Lynn started her career as a teacher within the Brownsburg School Corporation after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Indiana University.
Lynn’s purpose is simple: never waste a day available to serve, help others succeed, and have fun in the process.
Lynn is a music lover and fan of the outdoors where she enjoys hiking, biking, and running. She lives in Carmel with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Wyatt, and Myles.
Jennifer Parham, 2023 President-elect
Jennifer has been in the real estate business for more than 15 years and is the Managing Broker for Lighthouse Realty, LLC in Crown Point, which she founded in 2016. Over the years, Jennifer has proven her commitment to the local, state, and national associations and the leadership process.
At the local level, she currently serves as the MLS of NIRA President and is the first African American woman to hold the position. Jennifer is also Chair of the MLS Rules and Regulations Committee and sits on the MLS Hearing Panel, Governance Committee, Member Involvement Committee, and MLS/NIRA Technology Committee. In 2020 she served as Chair of the Social Events/Member Involvement Committee and Co-Chair of the Finance Committee.
Her state involvement includes serving on the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, she is a 2018 Graduate of the Indiana Association of REALTOR® Leadership Academy and is currently President-elect of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.
On the National level, she is a member of NAR’s Broker Engagement committee and local Federal Political Coordinator to Senator Mrvan.
Jennifer has has served as a Treasurer on the MLS Board of Directors, served as Chair of the Social Events/Member Involvement Committee, Co-Chair of the Finance Committee, NIRA Election Committee member, Vice Chair of the NIRA member Involvement Committee, & RPAC Campaign Committee member.
Jennifer was born and raised in Gary, IN and is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. Her goal is to promote healthy home ownership and real estate investment to everyone regardless of price point or station in life. She truly believes you can have “Luxury at every level of life.”
Andy Rudolph, 2023 Immediate Past President
A second-generation REALTOR®, Andy began his real estate career in 2002 and is currently the VP of Franchise Operations for the FC Tucker Company. Previously Andy worked as the Co-Manager of the F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS® office in downtown Evansville. His real estate experience includes building, developing, and residential sales.
Andy’s primary local association is the Southwest Indiana Association of REALTORS®. He’s both chaired and served on the association’s Policy & Bylaws Committee and served on its Finance Committee. Additionally, he’s served on the association’s MLS Board of Directors and was the Board President in 2015. Andy represented his local association with the Indiana Regional MLS during the first four years of its formation. Andy graduated from the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2013. In 2018, Andy’s local association named him REALTOR® of the Year.
Andy enjoys volunteering with the Community Foundation Alliance, a nine-county organization that supports various non-profits in southwest Indiana through grant assistance. His roles have included positions on the Advisory Board and frequent chairing of the Grants Committee. Andy is currently the President of the Posey County Redevelopment Commission. Andy earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University. After graduation, he worked as a design consultant before finding his true calling of real estate.
Outside of his real estate career and community work, you can likely find Andy at Walt Disney World with his family, or running a half-marathon, or sometimes both.
