EVERY INDIANA REALTOR® IS WELCOME at this annual meeting for leadership development and networking. We’ll also celebrate fellow member achievement and have some fun, too.
Sessions are geared toward association leadership but are relevant for those who’ve stepped up in their real estate firm or community, or those who want to get more involved in any of these areas. After all, how we do anything is how we do everything. And it’s always a good time when real estate professionals gather – learning and laughing guaranteed.

The special group rate at the host hotel is $159/night + tax. That rate ends on Sept. 23 or when the group block sells out, whichever is first.

Valet park at the Hilton is $44 per day. There’s no discount for valet. Self-park at the garage connected to the Hilton is $20 per day. If you self-park, here’s what you need to do to get the discount:
- Overnight guest/self-park: Please inform the hotel’s front desk staff at check-in that you are self-parked in the garage. For in and out privilege, including final departure, please take your room key with you when you exit the garage.
- Day guest/self-park: Get a discounted coupon from the IAR registration table to take with you when you exit the garage.

Downtown Indy, Inc. offers a parking search that you can sort by overnight parking, accepts credit card, electric car charging, etc.

- Market Tower Garage – on Illinois Street, directly across from the Hilton, 24 hours, accepts credit cards
- Court Street Garage – on Capitol Avenue, just south of the Indiana REALTOR® Building, 24 hours, accepts credit cards
- 101 West Ohio Building Garage – on Ohio Street, just north of the Hilton, NOT 24 hours, accepts credit cards
